Our Story

Welcome to Gigglezon! It all began with a smile under a mask.

Back in the challenging year of 2020, some creative guy with a knack for design, entertainment, and marketing saw a chance to lighten the mood with some silly face masks. He launched a couple of those creations on Etsy, and bam!—Face the Funny took off!

Fast forward a couple of years, and what began as a playful experiment quickly exploded into a hit. And as the pandemic fizzled out, the collections expanded from silly masks to a full range of quirky products.

By early 2024, Face the Funny had celebrated its 1,000th sale! But it was time to freshen things up with a rebrand. Welcome to Gigglezon - a novelty shop that embodies everything we've become: a top destination for goofy gifts and creative fan art with a cheeky nod to the big guys, aka Amazon! (Notice the backward arrow in our logo. Also pays homage to our first design, "Take Me Back to the Past, Doc").

What's the return/refund policy?

Good news! We have one and we get it. Sometimes, it wasn't meant to be. Rest assured, we have an easy 30-day return policy for most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return and request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is the shipping policy?

Most items shipped standard arrive within 10-12 days after purchasing them. Now there are some products like bags, blankets, and swimwear that could take up to 15-20 days to arrive. We realize this can be a long time to wait (thanks Amazon), but rest assured, our suppliers are continuously making improvements to get our products out to you as quick as possible.

Note: You'll get a tracking number once your order ships. If you order multiple items, you may get multiple tracking numbers.
